1: Health and Medicine -Indian Herbal Medicine RASAYANAS ~ RASAYANA THERAPY**
According to :http://www.ccras.nic.in/node/1113 -Rasayana is an Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy which helps in maintenance and promotion of health . They have not given any Etymology. The Sanskrit word 'RaSA' has several meanings . Two common meanings are 1. fluids and juices. 2. tastes such as sweet, sour, saslt, bitter, hot, astringent.
The word 'Ayana -or AyaNa' , common meaning is 'movement'. Eg. rAmAyaNa =Movement of Rama .
RasAyana has, therefore, to mean movement of body fluids and juices.
The same website says : Rasayana essentially means nutrition at all levels from
macro to micro-cellular level.
Some Rasayana herbs are :
Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica),
Aswagandha (withania somnifera),
Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri),
Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
Shankhapushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis),

2: WORLD CURRENT AFFAIRS -POLITICIANS ~Global Habits **
Politicians worldwide have some typical similar traits.
One such trait is, they shed crocodile tears abundantly .
Whenever some politician shows some sympathy for somebody or for something genuinely or hypocritically , immediately a rival politician will blurt out, or burst out that crocodile tears are being shed .
Politicians at apex are not expected to shed tears in public affairs , especially those who have GREAT STOUT HEARTS as role-models.
There is a proverb in a language which approximaely translates into English as : "We should not believe a WEEPING MALE and LAUGHING FEMALE".
ybdnky's rqst: Please do not misunderstand me as a gender discriminator or as a misogynist. After all, it is a proverb . This proverb has not been invented by me . Besides , I am a bit confused, about the purpose of this blog of mine. I often question myself: Am I writing this in a lighter vein ? Or am I writing some serious stuff ? If I am writing some serious stuff , then it must conform to my goals of Atheism and Marxism. I must ensure that I am not injecting slow poison into Readers' minds. If my intent is just to generate some laughter, then also I should ensure that Readers' does not get hurt . In addition , I do not have God fathers or big lawyers to save me if some despotic politician or bureaucrat or some religious bygot / chauvinist gets irked with what I write and litigate. Ans: I have no animosity towards any country . However , I am enmical towards dictatorial countries , dictatorial Governments , dictatorial leaders. China professes to be a Communist country nor a Democratic country . It is a Dictastorial wolf in any skin. Dictatorial Governments do not pity their own citizens. How will they sympathize or empathize World Citizens.

yb-donkey's view: Heads of Government and Heads of States seem to be CRAZY about imposing and continuing Lock Downs. Any way, let us hope that Germany will not extend its Lockdowns beyond March 7, 2021.
I am not referring to the damage which takes place to the Economy. I am referring to extremely abnormal disruptions to lives . Lives after Lockdowns resemble Smashed Railway Coaches after accidents.

5: VALENTINE DAY ~ CRAZE HAS BEGUN **
Valentine day Craze has begun. E Commerce Companies are tempting people . They are even offering credit (finance) for purchasing gift articles to the beloveds. So far so good, ok. What they will do after the Valentine Day? They will start pestering the Lovers for Principal and interest , at usurious rates . Then they will start sending Whatsap messages to Contacts of the Lovers, abusing and insulting them. This process goes on even after payment of Principal and interest . So, what is the cost of love ? Are gifts compulsory for showing love ? If so, gift of one basel leaf should be sufficient .

7: SOCIALIST ECONOMY ~How to make it to prosper ? **
Communist Parties worldwide , whether they represent themselves to be " Communist Parties " or " Socialist Parties " have transformed themselves as Centrist Parties . It must be noted that "supporting a democratic Government structure" need not mean that "Socialist Parties should support various hues of Capitalism ".
Simply because both Capitalist Parties are approaching Voters with populist promises which sastisfy immediate needs of people , ignoring long term needs should Socialist Parties compete with them by offering same or similar doles? Definitely not .
Unfortunately , the Russian , te East European experiences have created bitterness , hatred , and apprehensions among people, that Communism is tyrannical. This is because , Russian and Chinese Governments perpetrated their tyrannical edicts against people, resulting in "Loss of Freedoms and Liberties" to people .
Worldwide , Communist Parties have to work hard to convince people and dispel their suspicions about Communism and Socialism

9: MANAGEMENT: RESISTANCE TO CHANGE ~ OVERCOMING METHODS **
In U.S.A. there is a convention of Presidents serving for a maximum of two terms . Late Franklin Roosevelt was an exception ; he was elected for four terms . Had Mr. Donald Trump been re-elected he might have boasted that he would repeat Late Roosevelt's feat. It did not happen .
In India , will BJP expect a 3rd term ? Hon. Shri Manmohan Singh received two terms from 2014 to 2019 from voters. Hon. Shri Narendra Modi too received two terms . He is going through his 70th year (Date of Birth :17th September 1950 . By the 2024 General Election in India, he will not cross the maximum limit of 75 years age set by himself . There are no indications of his having got vexed with Prime Ministerial burdens . Similarly , there are no indications of BJP Members of Lok Sabha having got vexed with him . In the same manner people of India seems to be forbear with BJP Party and its Prime Minister , notwithstanding the problems they may face whenever Reforms are hastily thrust on people without advance planning and preparations .
One suggestion which can be given at this stage is : Reforms can be implemented in a smaller area, such as in one or two small States and based on the feedback corrections can be made in the Proposals. Then proposals can be put forward in two medium sized States . On further feedback , the proposals can be tried in two large States . In the fourth stage , the Proposals can be tried at All India level .
